Happy 4th of July!
Last night we had a little barbeque to start off the weekend. Our friends the Kohlmanns came over with their two kids, Keira and Xander, and our neighbors Meg and Erik came too.
The outfit Lidya's wearing was from our friends the Reeves in Austin. Gabre always has a pretty pink bow in her hair, so Leah sent one for Lidya, along with the adorable onesie she's wearing in the picture.
This last picture is from our trip back from Hatteras when we were hanging out at the Raleigh airport. Torturing your child by putting objects on her head and then taking pictures is a highly underrated way to pass the time.

Thanks for checking out my page. I do have to tell you that reading your blog gave me the courage to move forward in this experience. I am now SOOO excited to become a mom. And Lydia is JUST BEAUTIFUL! I hope that I will meet you two soon. Especially once I bring my baby home. Thanks for your wonderful blog -- I will continue to check it often! :)
